There's a Wordpress plugin for everything. I usually use the embedded media HTML generator at http://cit.ucsf.edu/embedmedia/step1.php . The only things about embedding videos are you give your user no choice as to whether they want to load the video or not, it can eat up a lot of bandwidth unnecessarily, and it makes your page take forever to load especially if you have several videos embedded.
